We have negotiated a special rate for our members at Radisson Blu Hotel, Nairobi Upper Hill.
The hotel must be booked through us, as based on this, we negotiated the entire meeting package, we already engaged by signing a contract.
Day 01: Sunday, October 08th, 2023

As we reach the last day of the Annual Meeting, we will be having Dinner at Bambino – Latin-Italian Restaurant,
a perfect place and time to enjoy the night with a selection of italian cousine dishes.
LEISURE DAY AGENDA
Thursday, October 12th, 2023 (Optional)
To get the most out of every aspect of Kenya, we provide an extra day to experience what this beautiful country has to offer!
The day will start at 06:00hrs in the morning for the game drive through Nairobi National Park for 3 hours excursion, then we will head to David Sheldrick visit the Nursery and the Elephant Orphanage, for 1 hour excursion. Afterwards head to the Giraffe center for an opportunity to get up close with the Giraffes and get to feed them, for 1 hour excursion.
Once we will conclude the tour, we will have lunch at Karen Blixen at 13:00, after a long day of Safari, we will get back to the Hotel.
To end the day at its best, we will have dinner at Asmara Karen Restaurant.
Meeting Package (not considering additional leisure day) includes:
- 4 nights’ accommodation at Radisson Blu Hotel,Nairobi Upper Hill – 5 stars hotel;
- 3 lunches and coffee breaks;
- Welcoming dinner on 8th October;
- 3 Outside dinners;
- Transportation to/from restaurants for dinner;
