Some shipping line will illustrate their service and future activity / growth in Africa
15.00 hrs One to one meeting
October 3rd
09.30 hrs One to one meeting
15.00 hrs Network rules of the Network, Board and,2016 Meeting location
20.00 hrs Farewell dinner
October 4th
All the day will be dedicated to visit the Universal Exhibition Milano Expo 2015 – Feeding the planet, Energy for Life
We need, imperatively, your confirmation within July 31st in order to book the rooms at the Hotel.
Meeting registration fee : Euro 250 covering 1st person from each member + Euro 350 / person for all additional participants from the same company [E.g. if one company in Nigeria is attending the meeting with 2 persons, total registration cost is Euro 600].
Registration fee covers:
- Conference
- Coffee break (coffee, Tea and sweets, twice per day)
- Three lunches (1st, 2nd and 3rd day)
- Two dinners (1st and 3rd day, welcome and farewell dinners)
- Bus to and from Expo – Milano
- Ticket for Expo – Milano
Location : NH Hotel – Via Paleocapa 1/G, 24122 Bergamo, Italy
Accomodation cost @ NH:
Single room, Euro 99,00 / night
Double room, Euro 109,00 / night
Local tax, Euro 3,50/room/night
–> Members will be charged directly from the Hotel.
Participation is reserved to members in order with the payment of membership fee and registration to the meeting fee.
